Residency Income Requirements

Pet Fees & Policy
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee: (Dog) $400, (Cat) $250 per residence.
- Pet Rent: $25 per pet, per month.
- Pet Limit: Up to two (2) pets per apartment. We welcome all breeds.
Reserved Garage Parking
- First parking space: $50 per month.
- Second Parking Space: $125 per month.
- Third Parking Space: $175 per month.
- EV Charging: $150 per month.

- Wi-Fi Service: Already installed $50-$99 per month based on speed selected. ($25 set-up fee)
